Small Batch Jam Co - Pineapple Apricot

This one’s been on the to-do list for a while—and it’s finally here! Pineapple Apricot is one of our most requested combos at in-person events, and we’re so glad we made it happen.

We start with diced pineapple and fresh apricot halves, then cook them down with pure cane sugar and a bit of citrus pectin to bring out their naturally tart, tropical brightness. The result is a jam that’s both sweet and tangy, with a sunny, fruit-forward flavor that plays well with just about anything.

Try it on toast, swirl it into yogurt, or pair it with goat cheese for something a little unexpected.
