The nose leads with ample amounts of rhubarb up front as peppercorns, cardamom pods, and juniper berries percolate. The palate is layered and pleasant with rhubarb in charge as sweet citrus, cardamom pods, and juniper support. The finish is long and pleasant with rhubarb and spice slowly fading together.
