Our Fresh Fig Balsamic Vinegar is a perfect balance of sweet nuttiness and tangy richness; its depth is thick and not too acidic. We create the purée from fresh figs. Then, we infuse the purée with our Traditional Style Balsamic Vinegar to create this delicious blend.
