The Liquori delle Sirene are a collection of bitters and liqueurs made by the lovely Elisa Carta, a trained sommelier and olive oil taster, and a passionate herbalist. All of her products were born on Lake Garda, and were inspired by its gardens, colors, sunsets, and aromas.

The Sirene Bitter is an invigorating artisanal bitter, handcrafted with 23 botanicals, love and Lake Garda vibes. It is handmade with all natural ingredients, with a unique recipe that combines Mediterranean fruits and flowers, with sweet spices and bitter roots. The Sirene takes you to a magic sea made of love, mystery and a little madness.

Aromas are intense and complex. Rhubarb, followed by fruit and spice, then undertones of tamarind and oak. Soft and warm at first, then perfumed fruit, rose and orange blossom, and the aromatic notes of cinchona and gentian. The finish is long and taut, with the tingle of ginger and the sweetness of vanilla, a deep and lingering flavor that evolves into salted caramel.
