This Hard Cider salami features rotating hard cider from craft New England producers. To that, we've added lime, more spices, and thyme. The combo conjures up the West Indies for us, with hunks of meat slicked with tart, spicy marinades sizzling slowly away over coals, beachside. We hope you enjoy, whether you're on a beach, or are just dreaming of one on a cold New England day!
Store at 75°F or below for best quality.
