What started as our Limited Edition Berries & Bubbly bar was just too beloved to stay limited. After overwhelming demand, we’ve made it a permanent part of our Mountain Line—meet the Après Bar.

Topped with vibrant raspberries and crafted with sparkling white wine–infused cacao, this bar strikes the perfect balance of tart, sweet, and celebratory. It’s made for moments worth savoring—whether you're wrapping up a bluebird ski day, raising a glass on your birthday, or ringing in the New Year.

So why Après? French for “after,” it nods to the time-honored tradition of unwinding and indulging after a day on the slopes. And as a chocolate maker based in a mountain town that lives for that post-adventure glow, it felt like the perfect fit.

Originally released in early 2020 for Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, this bar quickly became everyone’s go-to for all kinds of celebrations. Now it’s here to stay—cheerfully sweet, mountain-made, and ready for whatever you’re toasting to next.
