Cherries and Vanilla. This bar perfectly captures the heavenly pairing of these flavors, reminiscent of childhood summers with vanilla cherry sodas. Ritual sources tart Montmorency cherries from Payson Fruit Growers, whose orchards are nourished by winter snow run-off and located just an hour from their factory. With dried cherries sprinkled on top of their 70% vanilla dark chocolate blend, this is a bar that's hard to put down.
