Rancho Gordo's Ayocote Morado are large, purple colored beans with a thick skin. They are starchy, but go from dense to creamy with continued cooking. With a beefy texture, they are perfect for vegetarians as well as meat lovers. Ideal for soups, pot beans, chili, casseroles, and soups.
