Petit Clos is a vineyard located in the neighboring village of Mont-sur-Rolle. Petit Clos is a vineyard rich in clay, with limestone, and vines over 40 years in age. Of the chasselas single vineyard offerings from Colombe, the Petit Clos is often the most “open” of the range. Like the other chasselas wines, this wine is cool fermented in stainless steel with native yeast, and then aged on its fine lees in stainless steel.
