Morton & Bassett's Arrowroot is a shelf-stable XXX that can be stored in ambient conditions and comes in a 2.4 oz glass bottle. A versatile pantry staple. Arrowroot is commonly used for thickening sauces and fillings. Make a slurry using 2 parts Arrowroot to 1 part room temperature water. Add during a simmer at the end of cooking. Be careful to not overcook. For a lighter texture use Arrowroot to dense baked goods.
