Miller's Baker & Barista Shortbread Cookies - Sour Cherry

These little biscuits are baked on traditonal racks, at a low temperature and for longer, allowing the dough to settle and become even 'shorter' for a crunch and melt-in-the-mouth crumble. Flavoured with sour Morello cherries that have been infused with sugar and dried for a more intense flavour they partner perfectly with coffee.
