Our Cold Pack Cheese Spread is made by blending wheels of our signature raw milk gouda, aged over 2 months, with cream and other real dairy ingredients until a smooth texture is achieved. Herbs and spices are added to create a variety of flavors. Hatch Pepper Gouda Spread is made with hatch chilies, jalapeno and cumin creating a is a mild pepper experience.
