Manly Spirits - Lilly Pilly Pink Gin

From the Manly Spirits Co. near Manly Beach in Australia comes a fruit-forward pink gin, inspired by the berries grown on lilly pilly trees (otherwise known as 'syzygium smithii' - think lilly pilly is a bit easier to pronounce). Along with lilly pilly, this expression features blood orange, lime, riberry, raspberry, sea fig, rosella, nasturtium, and a few more traditional gin botanicals. As you might expect, this one really stands out in a G&T, and can be garnish with berries or flower petals. Or both. Who are we to tell you what to do?!

Softly floral at first, before a rush of bright berry sweetness arrives. A creamy spirit, with crisp juniper shining through.
