Palate: Medium-bodied and smooth. Ripe cherries and raspberries blend with bitter orange peel. Quinine adds a pleasant bitterness, balanced by honey sweetness. Herbal notes of thyme and sage emerge, along with a hint of cinnamon and vanilla from oak aging.
