Discover New York City’s oldest craft distillery, headquartered in the 118-year-old Paymaster Building in Brooklyn’s Navy Yard. Focused exclusively on whiskeys, Kings County spirits are always mashed, fermented, distilled, and aged onsite, using New York grain and traditional Scottish copper pot stills.

Peated Bourbon: With a 70% New York corn rich bourbon mash bill and 15% peat smoked malted barley, this is a hybrid whiskey of the two traditions: unmistakably bourbon with the lingering smokiness of Scotch.
