On the nose, it releases elegant aromas of peach, plum, and a light hint of spice. On the palate, it is fresh and enveloping, with a predominant peach aroma and a finish that resembles bergamot.

Since 1847, the passion for the vineyard has been passed down from generation to generation in the Michel family. In the heart of the Champagne region, a few kilometers from Epernay, in the municipality of Moussy, 12 hectares of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir vines are planted.
