It was our goal to make something that satisfied bartenders and enthusiasts a like.

Wilderness Club, founded in 2024 by Soo Choi and Michael McAvena, blends the couple’s diverse backgrounds in art, beverage, and hospitality. Michael and Soo launched Wilderness Club to explore a new wave of projects—beginning with a line of historically inspired, clean-ingredient liqueurs.
