Goodnow Farms Chocolate - Lawley's Rum

The chocolate we offer is crafted with care — and it deserves to be enjoyed that way. During warmer months, shipping conditions can cause chocolate to soften or melt. While we take care in packaging, we cannot guarantee that bars will arrive in perfect condition. For best results during warm months, we recommend selecting in-store pickup when possible.

We use 55 bottles of Boston Harbor Distillery's handcrafted Lawley's Rum to craft this Special Reserve chocolate, giving this bar an intense rum flavor like no other!

We soak our award-winning Esmeraldas nibs in the rum for several days, which allows them to absorb the complex flavor notes of the rye. We then dry the nibs completely before stone grinding them to create this incredible bar. For this bar we also fresh press our own single origin Esmeraldas cocoa butter. This exceptional step makes the bar exceedingly smooth & intensely flavorful.
