Arturo Vaccari captured the spirit of Italy with a perfectly balanced blend of Mediterranean and exotic botanicals, all sourced and blended in their natural form. These include juniper berries, caraway seed cloves, cardamon, sandalwood, star anise, cinnamon, sage, thyme, mint, lavender and Madagascar vanilla. Galliano Autentico is created by using multiple macerations and distillations. It’s blended from nine component parts, several being highly complex themselves. The intricacy of the final recipe of Galliano Authentico remains a guarded secret to this day.
Anise and peppermint are most prominent on the palate when drinking Galliano Autentico. An explosion of fresh herbs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and citrus follows. A lingering taste of smooth vanilla, refreshing peppermint and spice remains.
Our Galliano Autentico has been awarded by Wine Enthousiast and International Wine & Spirit Competition (IWSC) 2022 with comments like: “Striking alpine flavours with notes of balsamic and wild herbs. Orris comes through quite strongly. Welcoming sweet spices of anise and liquorice come through on the finish. A delightfully smooth texture.”
