A staple at Thanksgiving, pumpkin pie is a nostalgic dessert filled with the sweet winter squash, lifted by the aroma of comforting fall spices.

Our version uses Hokkaido pumpkin from Saroma town in Hokkaido, Japan. A thin-skinned varietal with orange flesh, the flavour is nuttier and overall more flavourful. Lightly scented with spices and blended with biscuit crumbles, this is an addictive bar that you should share only with your closest friends and family.
