Driftless Provisions Pre-Sliced Salami - Saucisson Sec

An Old World, French style salami made with salt, pepper, & garlic and humanely-raised, heritage pork. No added nitrates. While its flavor is not subtle, this is the most simple recipe profile we have and pairs exceptionally well with a Camembert or Brie and a crusty bread or light cracker.
