100% Syrah from Crozes-Hermitage in the Northern Rhône Valley. 30% whole cluster fermentation then aged in 6th use 40 hectoliter tronconique wood.

★ Good Wine “Fragrant and intense nose, leaping out at you with sour cherry and blackberry coulis. Violets even. It’s certainly an alluring nose. On the palate its loud with tangy, farmy ‘natural’ tones, from sour plums to char and sweet clove. It’s a little chaotic or characterful, depending where you sit on wines like this, but I’d certainly drink it again.“
