Chef Martin - Bratwurst

This sausage is fully steam cooked, white in color and made of pork. It is mild in flavor and stuffed in a pork casing. Bratwurst is considered the original German sausage and has been around for many generations. "Brat" means emulsified meat and "wurst" means sausage.
