Bitters Lab - Plum & Oak

Our Plum & Oak is warm, rich & inviting with deep earthy notes, hints of cinnamon it’s reminiscent of merlot.

This is a seasonal flavor available every autumn, around September through November, or until sold out.

Suggested Uses:

Food: savory dishes, stone fruit pies, dressings, glaze (sweet & savory)

Drinks: strong aged spirits such as cognac, scotch, whiskey and rum. Also great in wine, champagne, coffee & tea.

Ingredients: alcohol (neutral grain spirit), locally grown plums, charred oak barrel pieces, Devils Club Root, Cinnamon, herbs & spices, filtered water.
