After years of research and experimentation, we had our “eureka moment” when we combined coconut nectar, maple and vanilla, which converge to create a rich, toasty caramel flavor that is 100% vegan and free of refined sugars.

We love this nut butter on slices of apples or pears, spread thickly on warm toast, in oatmeal, and of course, as a dip for our favorite dark chocolate bars.
